Acquisition of Certain Assets in Montana & North Dakota
HOUSTON, TEXAS – January 5, 2022 — On November 1, 2021, Eagle Mountain Energy Partners, LLC (“EMEP”) closed a transaction with Enerplus Resources (USA) Corporation (“Enerplus”), whereby EMEP acquired all of Enerplus’ right, title and interest in and to all wells and corresponding assets in the Sleeping Giant field (Montana) and Russian Creek area (North Dakota) in the Williston Basin (collectively the “Assets”).
Operations of the Assets transferred to EMEP Operating, LLC (“EMEP Operating”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMEP, on January 1, 2022. EMEP Operating will begin sending owner distributions and JIB invoices at the end of January 2022.
